  • Fixings: Lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, mustard, mayo, cheese, buns
  • Drinks: Lemonade, water
  • Dessert: S’mores


Day 2 Breakfast

Theme: Griddle Breakfast Slam

  • Main: Pancakes
  • Protein: Sausage links or bacon
  • Fruit: Bananas, apples, or oranges
  • Drinks: Coffee, hot cocoa, milk, juice


Day 2 Lunch

Theme: Build-Your-Own Sandwich Bar

  • Bread: Sliced bread, wraps
  • Proteins: Turkey, ham, cheese, hard-boiled eggs
  • Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, pickles, mustard, mayo
  • Sides: Granola bars, trail mix, applesauce cups, pretzels
  • Drinks: Water, juice boxes


Day 2 Dinner

Theme: Camp Chili , Spaghetti + Cornbread

  • Main: Chili (meat & vegetarian versions) and Spaghetti (with tomato sauce)
  • Sides: Cornbread muffins, shredded cheese, chopped onion, sour cream
  • Drinks: Water, iced tea
  • Dessert: S’mores


Day 3 Breakfast (Departure Day)

Theme: Grab & Go Breakfast

  • Main: Breakfast burritos (scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage or beans, wrapped in foil and warmed on grill)
  • Sides: Yogurt cups or fruit
  • Drinks: Coffee, juice, milk


Day 3 Lunch

Theme: Camp BBQ (Grilled Chicken, Ribs)

  • Main: Grilled Chicken and Smoked Ribs
  • Sides: Potluck style
  • Drinks: Potluck style
